Q: What do I do if you dont have the part or accessory
A: Email the part/accessory details along with the barbecue
that you have got to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do
our very best to get the part for you.
Q: Can I still buy things if I do not have a paypal account?
A: We do recommend that you set up a paypal account but as
long as you have a major credit card you can pay how you like-just
go through the purchase process and enter your card details
Q: The parts I have recieved are not the ones that I ordered.
A: Just email email@example.com with your order
information and information about the part you want and we
will send out the correct replacement as soon as we recieve
the incorrect part.
Q: Ive got my order but bits are broken/missing
A: Take pictures of the parts and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
along with proof of purchase and we will send you replacement
